SHIPPING POLICY Last updated: June 2026
1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Spain (Islas Baleares, Canarias, Peninsula), and EU member states. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Optional: Free shipping on orders over €100.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website.
6. Risk of Loss Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages after handover to the carrier.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU orders) For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
8. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
9. EU Consumer Rights Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, if your order does not arrive within the agreed or estimated timeframe, you have the right to request delivery within an additional reasonable period. If delivery still fails, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
