Shipping Policy
Thanks so much for your order! Here's everything you need to know about getting your SOLBI + CO. goodies to your door.
Processing Time
We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days. If you order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we'll get it moving on the next working day.
Shipping Times
Once your order is on its way, here's roughly when to expect it:
- Spain: 2–5 business days
- Europe (expcluding the UK): 5–10 business days
** We currently do not ship outside of the EU.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on where you are and the weight of your order — no surprises!
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@solbico.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive the item(s), a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10-15 business days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
